Do you ever have the chance to see your cat growing up? For me, it is the first time. We always had cats, but they were usually already adults, or we even adopted seniors. But Mona is the first cat we saw as a baby.
Look at that! Isn't she super cute? I never had the honor to see my lovely cats as babies. Did you? I think it is amazing to see them grow, and how they develop into their own little personalities.
That was me, holding her for the first time, and she thought it is a pretty good idea to take a nap in the palm of my hands. Well, I thought it was a great idea as well.
I always wished to see how my first cat would look like as a kitten. But when Felix came into my life he was already a half-year-old (he just stood in front of my door, like: "Hey, I am your new cat, you can welcome me, and now give me some tuna!" And of course, the first thing I did is feed the cute stray cat in front of me ;) ).
That was one of the first pictures I took of Felix, my first cat. He was more like a tiger and a gigolo. And boy, did he have attitude! Do you have cats or pets with an attitude? Felix had the confidence of the whole world inside him but in a very charming way. He could get away with anything. Now that you saw him, wouldn't it be cute to see him as a baby kitten?
Mona grew up so fast. At that age, she had a lot of stupid ideas. But the more she grew...
the cuter she became and the more stupid ideas she got...
if you know what I mean....
Yup, she is big now, and she is as fluffy as she looks. Mona is cuddly and she is the best partner for all the rescues in our home. More on them later...
