Since many of you enjoyed reading about Tofi's morning routine, I thought I'd give you a sneak peek into another part of his pampered life—his favorite toys! As my spoiled cat, Tofi has a collection of toys he absolutely adores, and today, I’ll share with you the ones that keep him the happiest and most entertained. Let’s dive into Tofi’s unique collection that speaks volumes about his quirky "orange cat" personality.
First on the list is an interactive three-layer cat toy adorned with colorful balls. Funny enough, this toy wasn’t even meant for Tofi! It was accidentally sent by the seller when I ordered a backpack for him. At first, I was dismayed to receive the wrong item, but to my surprise, it quickly became one of Tofi’s favorite toys. Even now that he’s grown up, he still finds joy in batting the colorful balls around from time to time!

Next up is a pinwheel clip I bought for myself as a memorabilia during my vacation in Baguio City. I originally intended to wear it when I returned to the office, but Tofi had other plans! He instantly became obsessed with it, swatting and playing with it so much that I eventually gave in and let him keep it as a toy. He watches it spin with a mix of awe and suspicion, as if it might spring to life at any moment. What was meant to be a cute accessory for me turned into one of Tofi's unexpected favorites!

Then there’s the classic and utterly random piece of rope. It’s a simple thing, but for Tofi, it’s an exhilarating foe. He leaps onto it, performing acrobatic stunts. He would wrestle with it, his not-so-tiny body twisting and turning as if he’s battling a ferocious beast. In his mind, this rope is a legendary adversary worthy of his every effort, and he will not rest until he claimed victory!

But the true enigma lies in Tofi’s fascination with my hair. What started as a mild annoyance has evolved into a source of endless amusement for him. Tofi will sneak up while I'm lying and using my phone, and before I know it, he is gently tugging at my hair as if it were the finest feather toy.

Enter Tofi’s newest nemesis: the robotic vacuum cleaner.
I got it few days ago as a prize I won at the office, as soon as I got home I tried using it and Tofi felt like it is some sort of alien that invaded his territory, and he’s not having it. Once the vacuum is on, he acts aloof, pretending it doesn’t faze him, but as soon as it gets too close, he.activates all.his senses and launches himself at it with a level of fervor as if chasing an actual prey. It is definitely a hilarious spectacle for me.

Perhaps the most unexpected of Tofi’s favorites is his relationship with his Grandpa. They both didn't like each other before. But over time, something strange happened: they finally liked each other, my dad developed love for Tofi and vice versa. Tofi now pretends to be annoyed when Grandpa approaches, yet you can see the flicker of excitement in his eyes as he waits for their daily interactions. They’ve created their own version of cat-and-mouse play, and it’s both heartwarming and hilarious. They now have a love-hate relationship, and every morning, Tofi anticipates his Grandpa’s arrival, ready to engage in their chaotic games.

And last but not the least: the cockroach. Forget laser pointers and feather wands; the mere sight of a cockroach sends Tofi into a frenzy. It’s as if the cockroach has issued a challenge, and Tofi, the noble knight, is all too eager to accept. The thrill of the chase transforms him into a ferocious predator, and the joy of the hunt culminates in the triumphant moment when he captures his prize.

In Tofi’s world, every object—be it a complex toy or a simple hair strand—has the potential to be a source of joy and adventure. Him being a spoiled cat brings laughter and entertainment to my boring life. Who needs expensive toys when you have the drama of a robotic vacuum and the thrill of a cockroach chase?
