One big mess hu?
Haha I'm not even gonna get into that one.. motherfuckers. I unfortunately live in "shoot your dog" type of country. Recently I've moved, not far, but I thought that sentiment was a little different over here, at least by performative standards.. but I guess middle of the night in a remote parking lot is a time when people feel they can drop the act.
I've always wanted to go to Vienna. Don't know if it'll ever happen, but that place looks gorgeous. I'm a huge fan of just like, looking at architecture. I don't like understand it. Nor do I try to. Nor do I use that as a reason to look at it. I just look at it. The way someone watches a TV show. And Vienna seems like one of those places I would love for that reason if nothing else.
It's one of the reasons I'm really excited to spend time in Chile, whenever I make it there. Santiago is like dog-city. I mean, I haven't heard that very much other than this white boy's perspective, so I'm sure there are plenty of much MORE friendly dog cities, but as a kid who's spend his whole life in one country(other than infancy), I was shocked at the way dogs could just freely roam about, no leash laws, people were building dog houses for the strays out of scrap wood, I didn't really see anywhere dogs weren't allowed..
Hear ya, over-regulation is a big issues anywhere. And the way people put themselves above animals just sucks period. There are some places where things are a little better. I hope you find a way to go to Chile, you know, you have a goal and that is worth a lot already.
I wanna leave this place but don't really know where to go. The hurdles are so high and it makes me wish stupid humans would have never invented stuff like borders and countries. One planet free to go where you want is my dream.
Unfortunately that will never happen :( Human history has proven that we can't trust or be trusted, and I doubt, what with we've done already, that will ever change.
Hear you on the hurdles, this shit is impossible...
Agree with everything you just wrote. Harsh place for people like you and me, the world we live in.
