This is when Margarita appears. My mom was taking my nieces to spent three days at a beach house, leaving me alone. One night I heard a meow so I went out and she was at my door. She was so tiny and cute, so I grabbed her and put her o my lap... She was quiet and I was afraid because my mom has a dog and he's not so fond of cats.
Es entonces cuando aparece Margarita. Mi mamá se llevaba a mis sobrinas a pasar tres días en una casa de playa, dejándome sola. Una noche escuché un miau así que salí y ella estaba en mi puerta. Era tan pequeña y linda, así que la agarré y la puse en mi regazo... Estaba callada y me dio miedo porque mi madre tiene un perro y no le gustan mucho los gatos.
I didn't kow what to do, I know people from my neighborhood are mean and kids are the worst and leave her outside wasn't an option. I decide to keep her and prepare her a bed in my bedroon. She stayed there all night without crying, just sleeping.
No sabía qué hacer, sé que la gente de mi barrio es mala y los niños son lo peor y dejarla fuera no era una opción. Decidí quedarme con ella y prepararle una cama en mi dormitorio. Se quedó allí toda la noche sin llorar, sólo durmiendo.
One of my nieces love her when she saw her. She likes cats so much so she was the one who named her. She named her Margarita after my mom's name.
Una de mis sobrinas la adoro cuando la vio. Le gustan mucho los gatos y fue ella quien le puso el nombre. La llamó Margarita por el nombre de mi madre.
Now she's the princess of the house. She's Princess Margarita.
Ahora ella es la princesa de la casa. Ella es la Princesa Margarita.

I’m so sorry to hear about Chiquitito, I can’t believe that someone would steal a pet. Hopefully they are at least in a good home wherever they are.
Thanks for reading! I do want to think Chiquitito is in a better place. But for now, I'm taking good care of Margarita. She's such a cute little baby.
