our family's three-colored cat which some people think is considered lucky now needs serious treatment, even to the point of being fed food and drink with a spoon by nephews

Our nephew has a sense of sympathy that sometimes makes him feel what this cat is feeling. That feeling is reflected when doing the wound care process with the heart and gently feeding food and drinks, and sometimes we see tears rolling down our nephew's cheeks.
