La verdad es que me he sentido muy cómoda compartiendo con ustedes mis vivencias. Tanto que otra vez paso por aquí, hoy para contarles sobre la conmovedora historia de mi prima, quien ha encontrado en los gatos su más grande compañía y consuelo.
Desde hace cinco años, tras el fallecimiento de su esposo, su vida dio un giro inesperado. Aunque tiene dos hijos pasa la mayor parte del tiempo sola.
Ahí, en medio del dolor y la soledad, los gatos llegaron a su hogar, llenando cada rincón con su ternura y alegría.
Al inicio, solo adoptó a un par de ellos, pero con el tiempo su hogar se ha convertido en un refugio para muchos felinos que llegan buscando cariño y alimentos, buscando calor y luego se marchan. Cada gato parece tener su propia historia que contar, y mi prima, con su gran corazón, los acoge a todos. Desde el blanco y negro que corretea por el jardín, hasta la dulce gata de ojos grandes que se abraza a ella, cada uno aporta un nuevo color a su vida.
Sus días están llenos de rutinas compartidas: en las mañanas la despiertan con caricias y ella los alimenta, luego la rondan y juegan entre sus piernas mientras ella hace los quehaceres. Los gatos han sido más que simples mascotas; son sus amigos, sus confidentes y su familia.
Ser parte de esta comunidad ha despertado un lado sensible en mí. La ternura y la dedicación por las mascotas me hace mejor persona y poder compartirlo con ustedes es una riqueza invaluable.
