Ella es Hanna, es una Poodle/Maltés de 4 años y es la hija de una perrita que tenemos en casa llamada Fresita, que es más la compañera de mis papás.
She is Hanna, she is a 4 year old Poodle / Maltese and she is the daughter of a dog that we have at home called Fresita, who is more the companion of my parents.
Su nombre fue escogido por mi mamá y por mi en vista que a ambos nos gustaba, pero su segundo nombre es otro cuento. Como siempre sucede cuando buscas un nombre para tu mascota, todos te dan muchas ideas, por lo que podrás escuchar muchos segundos nombres de acuerdo a quien le preguntes, mi mamá la llama Hanna Bahía, muchos de mis amigos le dicen Hanna Montana, y hay otros que le llaman Hanna Baker, por la serie de 13 Reasons Why, pero para mí siempre ha sido sencillamente Hanna o Hannita (cuando no hace caso Hanna del Carmen, pero eso es otra historia, jajaja).
Her name was chosen by my mother and me since we both liked him, but his middle name is another story. As always happens when you are looking for a name for your pet, everyone gives you many ideas, so you will be able to hear many second names according to who you ask, my mother calls her Hanna Bahía, many of my friends call her Hanna Montana, and there are others who call her Hanna Baker, for the 13 Reasons Why series, but for me it has always been simply Hanna or Hannita (when she ignores Hanna del Carmen, but that's another story, jajaja).
Hanna llegó a mi vida cuando aún estaba estudiando en la universidad en otro estado, antes de comenzar las rotaciones intrahospitalarias, pues desde muy pequeño he sido amante de los animales y había tenido una mascota conmigo. Al irme fuera de mi ciudad mi mascota para ese momento, Pelusa ya se encontraba muy viejita, y al año de haberme ido falleció.
Hanna came into my life when I was still studying at the university in another state, before starting the intra-hospital rotations, since since I was very little I have been an animal lover and had a pet with me. When I went out of my city my pet at that time, Pelusa was already very old, and a year after I left, she passed away.
Eso nos afectó mucho en la casa, por lo que llegó Fresita para iluminar nuestros días y devolvernos la alegría. Pero quedó con ese vacío por dentro, por lo que en el momento de que Fresita quedó embarazada, sabía que quería un perrito para mí, que fuera solo mío, cargando con el cariño y la responsabilidad que todo esto acarrea.
That affected us a lot in the house, so Fresita arrived to illuminate our days and restore joy to us. But she was left with that emptiness inside, so at the time that Fresita got pregnant, she knew that she wanted a puppy for me, that was only mine, carrying the love and responsibility that all this entails.
A pesar de tener 4 años y haber dado a luz a una camada de 7 perritos, es aún una perrita muy inquieta y juguetona, además de muy vivaz, puede correr unos sprints a máxima velocidad que les aseguro que es imposible de alcanzar, jajaja. A pesar de que puedan verla muy adorable, tiene un carácter que a veces da miedo, siendo muy antipática y obstinada por momentos, aunque conmigo en términos generales siempre es muy amorosa (con los demás, sobre todo con repartidores de gas, es otra historia, a veces pensamos que son como sus archienemigos, jajaja).
Despite being 4 years old and having given birth to a litter of 7 puppies, she is still a very restless and playful dog, in addition to being very lively, she can run a few sprints at maximum speed that I assure you is impossible to reach, hahaha. Although they may see her as very adorable, she has a character that is sometimes scary, being very unfriendly and stubborn at times, although with me in general terms she is always very loving (with others, especially with gas deliverymen, it is another story , sometimes we think they are like their arch enemies, jajaja).
En cuanto a su alimentación, es muy variada, pues le encanta la comida de sal, pero siempre come de su croquetas de perrarina. Esto fue algo un poco frustrante, pues mientras estuvo en Coro conmigo siendo una cachorrita la acostumbramos a comer solo de su comida, en vista de que la otra comida puede ser perjudicial para ella, pero en los primeros días que llegue a mi casa, mis papás le dieron comida de sal y se volvió adicta a ella, por lo que siempre trato que coma equilibradamente.
As for his diet, it is very varied, since he loves salt food, but he always eats his dog croquettes. This was somewhat frustrating, because while she was in Coro with me being a puppy we used to eat only her food, since the other food can be harmful to her, but in the first days that she arrives at my house, my Her parents gave her salt food and she became addicted to it, so I always try to make her eat balanced.
Desde cachorrita siempre odio las cadenas, por lo que intentamos acostumbrarla a salir a pasear y caminar con ella, pero fue imposible, por lo que todas las mañana sale de la casa a hacer sus necesidades pero siempre hay alguien pendiente, pues es muy volátil y por cualquier cosa sale corriendo, aunque gracias a Dios ya no persigue las motos, pues me provocaba una angina cada vez que salió detrás a ladrarles.

Este fue uno de sus peores cortes, la confundieron con un Cocker Spaniel / This was one of her worst cuts, she was mistaken for a Cocker Spaniel.
Ella tiene varios juguetes, entre ellos varios peluches que los ha conservado desde que era cachora, siendo raro que nunca le gustaron los huesos como a la mayoría de los otros perros. Su palabra favorita es "vamos", increíblemente la entiende a la perfección y sabe la diferencia de cuando es de salir a la calle o cuando es momento de la comida, y se pone inquieta, me lame, me ladra y me molesta hasta que me pare, jajaja.
She has several toys, including several stuffed animals that she has kept since she was a chimp, it being weird that she never liked bones like most other dogs. Her favorite word is "come on", she incredibly understands it perfectly and knows the difference from when it is to go outside or when it is time for lunch, and she gets restless, licks me, barks at me and annoys me until I stop, jajaja.
Hanna siempre ha dormido conmigo, a excepción de unos meses cuando llegó a mi casa en San Cristóbal, pues a mis padres no les gustaba demasiado que durmieran con nosotros, pero poco a poco fue cambiando la cosa hasta que se volvió costumbre que durmiera en el cuarto. Eso también cambio el pensamiento de mis padres, pues Fresita dormía en el patio y hoy en día tiene su puesto en la cama de mis padres, y que nadie la intente levantar de allí, jajaja.
Hanna has always slept with me, except for a few months when she arrived at my house in San Cristóbal, because my parents did not like too much when they slept with us, but little by little things changed until it became customary for her to sleep in the bedroom. Hemos intentado de que se deje la ropita que antes le comprabamos, sobre todo después de llevarla a la peluquería, ya que con el pelaje corto, a veces sentía frío en las noches, pero fue simplemente imposible. Incluso después de ir a la peluquería le colocan unos lazitos en las orejas, que no le duran más de 24 horas, una vez inclusive se los quito en carro cuando íbamos de la peluquería a la casa, jajaja.
We have tried to get her to leave the clothes that we bought her before, especially after taking her to the hairdresser, since with her short fur, she sometimes felt cold at night, but it was simply impossible. Even after going to the hairdresser they put some little ties in his ears, which do not last more than 24 hours, once I even take them off in the car when we were going home from the hairdresser, jajaja.
Gracias a ella he aprendido muchas cosas, obligándome a mismo a ser un mejor dueño, ya que una mascota no solo son las cosas bonitas, sino también las cosas que tienes que hacer por ellas, preocupándote por su salud y por su alegría. Siento que justos hemos crecido y aprendido de la vida y del otro, por lo que siempre le recomiendo a las personas, que siempre y cuando se sientan preparadas, tanto en madurez como económicamente, que tengan una mascota, ya que los hará mejor persona y al mismo tiempo más feliz!
Thanks to her I have learned many things, forcing myself to be a better owner, since a pet is not only the beautiful things, but also the things you have to do for them, worrying about their health and their happiness. I feel that we have just grown and learned from life and from each other, so I always recommend to people, that as long as they feel prepared, both in maturity and financially, that they have a pet, since it will make them a better person and at the same time happier!

Está fue una pequeña introducción de mi mascota, espero que les haya gustado tanto como a mí, y ya conociendo mejor esta comunidad para nuestras mascotas, en el futuro seguramente conocerán los demás integrantes de nuestra casa o más historias de Hanna, que les aseguro que tiene una cuantas mas, jajaja.

Hanna del Carmen tiene 'punch' para regaño! Jajaja! La mejor combinación de nombres entre todos los que tiene Hanna, en mi opinión!
Qué complicado el tema de la comida con sal. Mi recomendación es que le bajes la sal a sus comidas hasta que llegue el punto en que no tenga, pues podría causar problemas de salud más adelante.
Y con la correa, es mejor llevarla puesta, quizá al principio sea complicado convencerla, pero cuando note que usarla es equivalente a un paseo en el que drene toda su energía, todo se hará más sencillo.
Y sí, con las mascotas hay que tener claro que amor=responsabilidad. Nuestras mascotas dependen de nosotros para estar bien, por lo que la mejor manera de demostrar nuestro amor por ellas es siendo responsables de sus cuidados.

Me he reído mucho con este post, se nota como Hanna a llenado ese vació que tenias con cariño y compañía , los perros son unos seres hermosos llenos de amor, a menos que seas un repartidor de gas XD. Me encanta leer como han ido aprendiendo uno del otro, y que hayas respetado su personalidad libre anti-gorritos de cumpleaños, y anti-correas; Pero sin duda lo que me parece mejor es que ahora Hanna y Fresita tienen un lugar fijo en la cama.
