Most animal shelters, and in my case in particular the one in my town "Salvando Bichejos" do an extraordinary job of rescue, sterilization and adoption of these animals.
Su labor se ve desbordada cuando tras la la temporada de caza abandonan tantos perros, cachorros o intentan matarlos, si no lo han hecho, de forma cruel e insensible. ¿No es acaso este colectivo el que más debe ser controlado para evitar precisamente que se controle el bienestar animal? ¿Nadie ha consultado que porcentaje de perros son abandonado y quienes son los responsables, como para liberar a este sector de la obligación de tener bien cuidado sus animales?
Their work is overwhelmed when after the hunting season they abandon so many dogs, puppies or try to kill them, if they have not done it, in a cruel and insensitive way. Is not this group the one that should be controlled to avoid the control of animal welfare? Ojalá algún día la sociedad se conciencie lo suficiente para establecer relaciones de bienestar mutuo, evitar los abandonos, el maltrato y el sufrimiento innecesario de seres inocentes.
Hopefully someday society will become aware enough to establish relationships of mutual welfare, avoid abandonment, mistreatment and unnecessary suffering of innocent beings.
