This is the second post where I share with you Rabbits living in my local area that Need Humans. These are all domestic companion bunnies that require caring homes provided by responsible people

Some of these boys and girls are staying in pet stores and temporary foster homes while they wait for adopters
However, most of them can be found at the Lonsdale RSPCA Shelter

I made an omission in my previous post when I wrote that all rabbits were adopted save for Sky and Charlotte when in fact, that's not true. There's two more from June that I forgot about, so let's start with...
Benjamin & Peter
Benjamin and Peter featured in Rescue Rabbits June 2022 and are still on the lookout for someone special to come along and take them home. Pure white, bright-eyed and bonded together in friendship, these two gentlebuns will join your family as the beautiful, energetic and playful household companions they truly are!

Turnip
Next up we've got this sweetheart right here; Turnip.
Love the name, love the face. With that combination he's melting hearts left and right. Turnip here is but a 5 month old babeh and is apparently quite shy. He may take a while to warm up to you and accept you as his friend. Due to this, the shelter is recommending that an experienced rabbit keeper adopt him. Not one for first-timers! White as snow like Ben & Pete above, he's after a specific individual to provide his life-long home. Maybe that's you?

This is Arthur, but where, O' where is thy Guinevere?
Another 5 month old babeh. He's your white knight, your regal companion, the soon-to-be bunny king of your castle
He loves a snuggle, I'm told!

Maple
This is Maple, here to continue the botanical naming theme of this edition along with Turnip. She is one year old and looks very mild-mannered here. However, do not be fooled! Gentle and sweet, yes. Maple syrupy sweet, even β no doubt β but, energetic in equal measure and full of playful hijinks. She offers a lifetime of joyful binkies to share with you and your own and is staying right now at the PETstock in Mount Barker.
Perhaps you can make time for her, if you yourself reside in that part of South Australia?

Well, now here we are in the eleventh hour of the month of July. The year is hurtling by. Passing us at full speed, the moving image of eternity is not one for slowing down. It's really up to us to slow ourselves. To enjoy the little things. Enjoy something. Enjoy everything. Enjoy anything. But do make sure to enjoy. Be the vector of expression of the whole; the conduit of the joy of subjective existence. See the beautiful moments that are there even in the most adverse of life's experiences, know the warmth of living as we contrast with the darkness by simply being alive; by living out each and every breath.
It's winter in my part of the world. Bitterly cold nights, frosty mornings. But, the sun still shines through regardless, in time. The only variable being the matter of when. Enjoy.
Sky
Charlotte
And now again, here we have Sky and Charlotte. They are both five months old, sisters from the same litter; a bonded pair. These two are staying at a quiet and relaxing foster home and prefer that sort of environment. A pair of introverts, maybe? If that sounds like you and you're the sort of person with a warm, quiet and relaxing home to share, maybe Sky and Charlotte would be the perfect pair for you
And that's it for today. All these bunnies are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and have been treated for parasite protection...
and they're waiting for you!
