I am with the best of friends this Thanks giving holiday.
Pet sitting with my guy Lenny!
Since it is Thanksgiving I want to celebrate with you all by having a pizza party 🍕

I passed out on the couch upstairs and I found him snuggled up like this in the morning 🌞
It is cold so I dont think he was looking forward to our walk as much as I was.
He looks super cool in his sweater haha it has lil skulls on it 💀💀💀💯😎
Story time:
I have a lot of experience walking different dogs now so I feel pretty comfortable with most situations.
So anyways were just walking along ya know Lenny likes to stop and smell all the popular spot where all the other dogs pee before he marks them with his scent.
Were taking it easy so we only made it a few blocks down the street in the neighborhood when Lenny starts sniffing around and stops to do his business.
I hear a dog start to bark and then someone speaks in the backyard of the home where Lenny has decided to stop.
As I am getting a bag ready to properly dispose of his waste the gate is opened and the barking dog is loose in the streets.
It is a short hair medium size mix breed that I cant recognize.
To my surprise there is no reason for alarm as the owner immediately calls the obedient dog over and walks his leashed dog out of the gate in the direction we were going.
Lenny is actually the aggressive one in this interaction so as soon as I realize he is not going to be able to continue we turn around.
I tie up the bag and we cut back to the house.
Lenny begins to dig his heels in before I can even throw the bag away in the outside trash so I know he is ready to get back in because its 40 degrees outside.
Looking back I am really thankful that I have avoided any bad situations and I pray that I continue to stay ahead of any type of danger in the care of myself, my loved ones and my pets.
As I watched Lenny begin to drink some water and sniff out his meal I cant help but feel better because he was a bit jarred from separation anxiety last night and skipped dinner.
I snapped some pictures and even got a video for my client to show off some regularity which is something I am looking to achieve with my work.
