RE: Of old cats and lack of sleep

Much appreciated<3 That's totally understandable, and definitely agree on one aspect, indoor/outdoor cats should very much be neutered as he was; not doing so is very irresponsible of owners. Although I believe all biological beings on this Earth are meant to free to interact with the outside world & nature as they were designed to. Creating 3 dimensional living spaces and bringing "domesticated" beings in that originated from the outside world and essentially trapping them for the rest of their lives is an egotistical human created construct, there's nothing natural about that in my opinion. Just as humans need to go outside to get fresh air, get vitamins from sunlight, exchange electrons with the Earth walking barefoot to increase natural immunity, all animals require this connection as to nature as well. Leashes/vests are a great idea for that, but most cats won't accept or willing to get used to unless started as a kitten; if you miss that chance it generally wont work/traumatizes them 😌 Had indoor/outdoor cats all my life growing up, so I come from that being the normal thing to allow for them; in life there are always risks, but human parents don't keep their kids at home their entire lives either, they grow up leave the nest and come home to visit family; or for an indoor/outdoor cats case...to come home for food, sleep, or hangout after some adventures in nature. I've also always notice that indoor cats get so hyper-focused on food all the time compared to cats that go outside...I personally believe this is a sort of mental-physiological disorder due to their brains not having enough natural/organic stimulation that the outside world provides to all of their senses. Although, this is just my own educated mind-body-spirit connection theory.
