RE: mostly dogs (10 street photo)

in Hive Pets • 2 years ago

my friend @tatdt recently stumbled on the street upon a pig

It is unusual even for countryside! 👀

In December, we were presented with a little Vietnamese pig. It was very small, and our outbuildings were not adapted and we kept Piggy in the house like a dog 😂

She is very smart and learns quickly - we started going for milk and for walks together. The pig always ran after us and always responded if she got lost somewhere.

So our neighbors, who keep all sorts of animals for generations, were very surprised at our smart and obedient Piggy!

Of course, meeting a pig on a city street is such a success!

Frankly speaking, I prefer cats. As for the past history -- I found out recently, that Russian peasants kept pigs (and cows) for one reason - for the sake of manure, and not for the sake of meat, as one might think :) But I agree, -- this pig encounter was a touchy and happy moment for the photographer :)))

Oh, this pig looks like the one that was George Clooney's pet!

I prefer cats

Cats are very cozy 😻

I would not keep a pig in an apartment either, but here, on a free pasture, the choice of possible pets is a little wider!
