Fate is often a matter of luck. This applies to everyone - both people and animals. Everything could have turned out differently in Michelle's life if I had come home alone three years ago. But it turned out that we came with my friend. It would not be an exaggeration to say that this fact saved Michelle's life.
I don't know who threw her into my yard. It was very tiny and smelled of milk. Her chances of independent survival were zero.
It was late in the evening before the cold autumn night when we returned home. I drove into the yard and it was the most important moment in her life. If I were alone, I would get out of the car and go straight to the house. But my friend had to go around the car to get into the house because he was sitting in the passenger seat. It was he who saw a tiny puppy.
Animals, especially babies, are my weakest point. I just can't leave them without help. Of course, the puppy was immediately brought into the house, warmed and fed. All my dogs showed great interest. They also love little puppies. It was a real competition among them when they decided who exactly would replace the mother for the puppy.
One of the advantages when you already have a dog is that you always have a nanny for a puppy. Michelle quickly realized that she had become the center of everyone's attention and care. Sometimes it seems to me that even now, after three years, she continues to count like this. 😉
Fate happens to everything
