Life goes on. Evacuated in the fall from the combat zone, the dogs Julie and Miska are gradually mastered in our large pack. Today I will tell you about Bowl.
Why Bowl? When I found out that one of the evacuated dogs was coming to me, I asked "What size is she?". "Small as a bowl." So our new one became Bowl.
Nevertheless, its tiny size does not correspond to its character at all. This little dog is actually a big bully!
At first she roared and threw herself at me. It was understandable, because the dog experienced a lot of stress. She was taken from under the shelling. Fear and distrust became her dominant emotions for several weeks.
Gradually, she thawed and turned out to be a rather affectionate creature. But only in relation to me. She threw herself at other dogs and showed aggression. I had big doubts whether I would be able to adapt it to life in my house. If I had failed, I would have had to look for another house for Bowl.
But time and patience decide everything. Gradually, Bowl got used to other dogs and even made a friend - Biscuit Seal. And although sometimes Bowl continues to show aggression, it is becoming more and more rare.
