I wanted to share one of my favorite memories as a child, The Muppets! I still have the Picnic Cookbook from 1981 & wanted to share with you. Brings back alot of memories!

@kellybellz OMFG THIS IS SO DOPE!! My fave were the two old dudes, animal, and the sweedish chef, Oh man, but beeker and the scientist dude were pretty rad as well. But the old men, OMFG!!! I was still too young but I know my momma would be ROLLIN with some of the shit they said. I am glad you shared this as I ahve not posted here for sometime and was thinking of changing things up a bit.
So do you have your cookbokk on display for all to see? Or do ya break it out when ya wanna juggle corn on the cob?

ONE?!?!?! Shit ghirlfriend, try combineing a few!! Never be afraid to try something or think it is to silly to try something new. Or, silly!! As anadult, toss that phrase ot the fkn window. We are still kids but with larger more awkward bodies. We are still kids that cant be told no, youll put ur eye out kid. Yolu are a spiritual being living a human existance. Live Laugh, Talk shit. Enjoy your presanc e on this gawd forasken beautiful rock we are fortunate to live on. Shit we just might be the fantasy some alien is reading in son crazy ass book. I hope you try a recipie or 4 or even try mixing and matching them. It might be the worse thing ever, but it was the enjoyment of doing such a silly thing. Maybe invite friends and family over for a Gen X night!! Maker these recipies, get drunk and watch The Muppete, The Gong SHow, Laughin, The Carol Burnette show. Get the funk out!!!
I really enjoy the points you made in this post and you are correct! We may be adults ( heck my son thinks anyone over 20 is "old") but you are right, age should not stop us from doing things we enjoy! And certainly not going to worry about what other people think. I am by far not a chef but who cares, its about having fun! The gong show! That brings back memories! I like your free spirit & outlook on life. ♥️ Keep an eye out as I go through more childhood memories to share 😊
