Hello, everyone!
As many of you may have noticed, we’ve been sharing calls to action from the @cttpodcast account, inviting all Hivians to post shorts on Web2 platforms. We’ve created this account, called Hive Echo, to support these efforts further, share calls to action, and include more content from other podcasts and shows. We will also share POSH initiatives like the one @theycallmedan recently shared.
We have set up a new Drive Folder where we’ll upload key and relevant shorts from shows like @cttpodcast, @coldbeetrootsoup, INLEO (@leofinance) AMAs, and @taskmaster4450 videos. More creators will be added soon.
If you’d like your videos to be included in this program, let us know in the comments or reach out to the @threespeak team, especially @eddiespino.
Steps to Participate:
- Short video clips will be uploaded to the shared folder, ready for participants to download and share.
- Share the videos on your social media platforms and provide proof of your shares through links or screenshots in the comments section of this post.
- We will designate @commentrewarder as a beneficiary for a portion of the author rewards. Approved comments will receive a share of the rewards, and we’ll add a small upvote to eligible comments at our discretion.
- After 6 days, participants should reply to their comments with images showing analytics (views, interactions, shares, etc.).
- Based on the analytics, we’ll upvote comments if the results are impressive.
- This system allows the community to verify shared links and ensure interactions are authentic.
- IMPORTANT: Share the link to your comment in the #hive-echo channel on the 3Speak Discord Server under the CTT section.
Note: Please do not re-upload the videos to 3Speak. This initiative aims to share the videos outside of Hive and bring people in.
Key Notes:
- We will now maintain a Hot/Trending folder featuring the most significant and engaging videos. Be sure to check this folder first! Currently, it includes some of the best clips from recent episodes of @cttpodcast and highlights from the @coldbeetrootsoup interview with @starkerz.
- Hashtags matter! Avoid using #CTT or #3Speak, as they’re not effective for this initiative. Focus on engaging crypto, blockchain, and Web3 communities.
- Twitter / X: Use hashtags like #Hive, #Web3, #Crypto, and $HIVE. Tag relevant accounts such as @hiveblocks and @3speaktv.
- YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook: Add a brief description and relevant hashtags. Focus on #Crypto, #Web3, and #Blockchain, plus a few topic-specific ones (5–6 max).
Platform-specific hashtags:
- YouTube Shorts: #Shorts
- Instagram and Facebook Reels: #Reels (Share to both platforms simultaneously if linked)
- TikTok: #Cryptok
Use #Hive only on Twitter.
Experiment with different strategies. Some videos may not perform well initially but could gain traction later if the algorithm picks them up.
Tips for tracking algorithm performance:
- YouTube Shorts: If views are under 10 after 24 hours, consider deleting and re-uploading.
- TikTok: If your video reaches 100–200 people with no engagement, re-uploading might help.
Be patient and strategic.

I don't think doing things all day long it is a great idea! Yes we need quantity, but we also need to keep some quality in all of that ad well. With all respect it would be better to get some images, videos or whatever in the background than egg shaped head (I also have one) with the glasses on clearing his throat half of the short. Perhaps community knows who is Taskmaster and don't mind it, but people from outside digging inside Hive will be putting away out of this style shorts. I wouldn't trust AI as much tbh. Just my 5 cents.
You have a good point there. It is indeed better to work a bit more on the short and post quality and interesting one per 2 days rather then 3 or 4 a day. But then again, we do not understand Youtube algorythm and I think consistancy matters as well and we don't have the time 😟
What is your advice @mynewlife? Better put in the time to make these short look more interesting?

I like this initiative, however it would be nice if the short videos were also subtitled in Spanish to reach more people.

I think this idea of having videos in Spanish is great, the Spanish-speaking community is very large and important.
As mentioned, the author rewards from this post will go to the people commenting (50%), and the other 50% will be used to pay for the AI tools used to make the shorts. If there are leftovers, they will be used to reward the most active users.
