I have had a Reddit account for some time, but I must admit I don’t really understand how the dynamics work there, as I’ve barely used it. I know that to be eligible for POSH rewards on Twitter, it was only necessary to be registered and use the #hive tag in the TWITTER post, but how does it work on Reddit? Is it just about posting the link? Do I need to do anything else? I’m not necessarily thinking about POSH rewards with this action, but I’d also like to understand how Reddit’s algorithm works so that more people can see the links and consequently discover Hive. Sorry if there are several questions here, you can summarize if you prefer.

You need to connect your Reddit account on hiveposh.com and then share a link in any community (subreddit) on Reddit - things happen automatically then - the same as it was with Twitter.
Yes, it is if you mean sharing a good post in an appropriate subreddit.
If high % of subreddit's viewers like your link, the algorithm understands this link is something interesting and keeps showing it to more and more people who subscribed on the subreddit. Generally, what you need to do for that
That's it.
You can also find subreddits close to your interests and engage there to become "a friend" to the mods.
I believe you also should care how your Reddit account looks - if it's a feed with only links, it's not great - some mods would say "This guy isn't a real Redittor, he only wants to post his links on Reddit".
Thank you very much, the explanation was perfect.
