It might be two things:

  1. when you earn more karma, your account will be fine
  2. maybe karma won't help

I guess you started sharing links one by one since day 1 and some Reddit bot restricted your account in some way - because very new and only link-dropping.

      Earn some karma (upvotes) by posting your mobile images in communities like r/clouds r/fruits r/rain etc.
