I say u are just much too hard on yourself at times, and u need more sleep! :P i know u say your goal is to get 8 hrs, but just because u are in bed at 12am and then get out of bed at 8am (although even that turns into 1am and then 7am, right?).. your mind can race (mine does that too), so it might take an hour of lying there with no lights on (maybe some slow music?) to actually fall asleep. so like i turn off my monitor and light at 10pm (ish) and wake up to get my daughter up for school at 6:30am. so that looks like, oh 8.5 hrs, but really its like only 7 hrs of solid sleep.

Hey there! I'm feeling good but sad at times bc of my inconsistent posting online and content stuff. Catching up as always. Kumusta?
My goal is to get at least 8 hours and so far, I've been consistent with that and have adjusted accordingly-my body clock, to say the least. My next target should be to sleep earlier in order to wake up earlier.
