Every once in a while I decide to take some spiritual plant medicine and meditate at the same time. It is important to note this is not the only way and that all roads lead home, some people meditate, some people do yoga, some breathwork, or practise other ways to enlightenment. This is what I do.
Find a good day when you won’t be bothered by anything. Have your set and setting ready, try to be in a calm state of mind, don't plan it just go with it. Be by yourself or have a trip sitter. Stay in the room for at least 3 hours.
• Meditate, sit down or lie in bed in a comfortable position
• STAY STILL DON’T MOVE
• Listen to calm music on headphones.
• Relax, let your thoughts wander off, don't try to control them, follow the flow.
• Think of questions about your life, your friends or family.
• How to reconnect, how to improve or help others
• Try to remember to mark time stamps with words so you can go back to them and remember the meaningful lessons.
I have been on this journey for a while now but I just found out we need to reconnect with plants. We all have the power to communicate with something, rather it is the inner us, god, spirit, mother earth, plants or whatever you want to call it, source, the one in the all, the one within us. The me in you that I am. Nature etc. We are all interconnected
The Duality Tree Of Wisdom
And there was a vision of a tree. One half was a rainy, bad, gloomy and looked like a sad day. The other half was sunny, good, green and a beautiful day. A day is a day no matter what good or bad, it's just a simple day. We humans judge stuff and denote how a day is going to be but it's not like that. If you think about it, a rainy day, it’s bad for us when you have plans to go outside and do stuff and they get ruined, but it’s good for the earth and the plants to get nourishment. So it depends on the perspective you are looking at. But a day it's just a day not good nor bad.
Then I wonder and I ask why this is? Why do I have these visions? It might be a superpower we all have hidden and we got to remember what we once were. I have seen this vision of a caveman with a rock on his hand.
Primitive Rock technology, then and now
There was a vision of a caveman holding a rock in his hand, the first tool ever created back then in the prehistoric era. And now an iPhone technology at our fingertips. How far have we gone and advanced! From a single rock to a device that can do anything, the philosophers’ stone that contains all the information in the world.
How can I remember this to show to the world?
Will the world believe me?
Is this real ? Why me?
How can a plant do this to the consciousness ?
What is the purpose?
“We are not separated as we are together”
Be vulnerable, be yourself.
I don’t know if heavy users can get the same experience because they do it so often. I don’t use the medicine for fun or to see what happens. I do it to be wiser and grow my spirituality. We have been disconnected from nature.
I still have a lot to learn. Do I have a real power?. That “I” in me you can say it too. Because we are interconnected. If I say I. You say I too is the I in me that is you because we are together. We are not only connected to each other but are connected to the plants. When an idea comes to mind in this trance, I feel the idea and experience it as a whole not separated from but within us. The plants and the inner self want to reach more people within you through this post and spread the word. Not to get likes but to be grateful that there's something out there. We can connect with plants but right now we are disconnected.
I asked about the war but they would rather not talk about it. It’s an explosion of self destruction we are fighting against ourselves. Images of people running crying protecting their families. It’s sad. This explosion of fire and light, a blank. We are disconnected as a species and attacking one another.
These are the most real experiences I have ever had.
Transfiguration becoming Light
The age-old question of what becomes of us after we depart this mortal realm. As a sinner, one may wonder how they shall pass through to the other side. I have seen a vision of a man’s body on the ground, his spirit ascending and merging with the radiance of all that exists within the universe. The physical body, like a discarded shell, remains behind as we are transfigured into light. We shed our earthly ties and are no longer bound by the limitations of our past life. For we are not merely flesh and bone, but energy and spirit, transformed and made anew. Like the butterfly emerging from its cocoon, we too shall shed our earthly guise and take flight.
I just think it is incredible how plants help us do this. How they get to your heart teaching you obvious stuff but incredible experiences. I have never seen real magic in my life. But somehow this experience feels like magic and it is real. Not in the outside world but in the inside our inner wisdoms still in the universe only accessible in an altered state of mind. Now, I’m not endorsing drugs but only sharing my experience. Something the human condition longs for connection.
Connecting to a Brother’s Innocence and kindness
As I was going through my family members, I saw my brother, he came up in a vision. He is kind of a harsh person, and doesn't trust anyone. All new ideas brings them down, very judgmental but he is also a good person. He is very funny, so I saw my brother as a storyteller. He takes us on his adventures when he acts the part. He makes these voices and we go into his imaginations. It's a beautiful virtue that he has.
I told him all these things and there was a glimpse of light in his eyes. It touched his heart. I also saw this vision that he is Rock, solid, he doesn't trust anything and his defenses are always up.
Saw and felt these words ”We miss you” who you once were. Deep down a vulnerable kindness.
He is a rock with a deep cave of darkness that goes and goes but at the end there is a small glimpse of light and in there is his innocence. What happened ? What made him become like this? Not trusting ? How can we dig him out and connect with his heart? It’s not up to me but up to himself we have to find him and for a moment we can be connected with the inner child that trusts and believes again. “We miss you”, they told me as much as they miss you too, reader.
