Vijayadashami: Celebration of Good Over Evil🎇

in Indiaunited4 days ago

Hello friends and happy vijayadashami,

Today was the festival of Vijayadashami, and we went to see the fair. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of excitement. A large effigy of Ravana was set up, and the crowd was eagerly waiting for the event to begin. The fair was held at the Ramleela ground in Rail Bazar, where families gathered to celebrate this special day.

As the evening approached, the much-awaited moment of Ravana’s effigy burning finally arrived. The crowd cheered as the giant figure of Ravana went up in flames, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil. The fireworks that followed lit up the night sky, adding to the festive spirit. It was a thrilling experience to witness the grand finale, as Ravana’s effigy crumbled into ashes, marking the end of evil.

This festival also reminds us that Diwali, the festival of lights, is just around the corner. The excitement is already building for the next celebration, when homes will be decorated with diyas and lights, and families will come together to celebrate the victory of light over darkness, just as they did today with Ravana's defeat. The joy of Vijayadashami sets the perfect mood for the upcoming festivities of Diwali, making this time of year truly special.
Thank you
🙏🏻🇮🇳
