Happy Friday,
So its Friday which is giving a signal of weekend is just few hours away to get relax and calm at home with families. I'm lucky that I always be with my family members so I always cherish these little moments with them. On this day, we usually eat Biryani but this time I thought why not trying something new so I prepared Singaporean Noodles. I will share its recipe in detail over here soon on this coming Sunday.
I came here to share the simplest and healthy breakfast recipe which is known as Cheesy Scrambled Egg. It is so easy to make and eat. You will love it especially if you are busy person or lazy one to make breakfast. This could be ideal for having the quickest breakfast which takes very less amount of time.
Cheesy Scrambled Egg
Cheesy breakfast is all you need to fulfil the basic daily need of protein. Eggs are enriched with protein which is recommend to have on daily basis but many of you don't like eating eggs. But I am one of those who loved to eat eggs especially the boiled one.
Let's get started with recipe:

Cheese | 1 slice | |
Eggs | 3PC | |
Onion Powder | 1/4tsp | |
Oregano | 1/4tsp | |
Black Pepper | 1/4tsp | |
Salt | to taste | |
Mint Leaves | to garnish |
Method:
Take out everything you need from the fridge and place on the countertop
Take a medium sized bowl, crack 3 eggs to the bowl
Add salt, freshly grounded black pepper which enhanced the taste a lot, onion powder, and oregano
Beat all of the things together with the help of whisk or fork. I personally prefer fork to beat the eggs
Beating eggs make your omelette or scrambled egg fluffy and nicer in look
Now fry on the non-stick fry pan on the low to medium heat with 1/2tsp oil
Keep staring with spatula in between
Now add cheese slice and mix well
Place this scrambled egg on top of your favourite toasted bread and enjoy
I garnish it with mint leaves while coriander could be used to enhance the flavour a bit
