Its been a while that I didn't share any recipe on my blog since last Sunday. Next Sunday is almost near but I didn't prepare any dish that I could share in detail over here but I'm planning for tomorrow. Hopefully I will be able to make one of the detailed recipe soon for the upcoming weekend. Just needed some motivation.
I came here to share the simplest and healthy recipe which is known as Roasted Cauliflower. It is so easy to make and eat. You will love it if you are sucker of having healthy food on your table. If you are unhealthy food lovers then you won't be able to make this one and like it in your entire life.
Roasted Cauliflower
I roasted cauliflower while many of veggies could be roast in the Oven if you like to have healthy food on your plate. I take care of my body so I prefer to go for healthy options rather than unhealthy fast food which only destroy your inner body and put you at risk. And, I don't like to take risk when it comes to health.
Let's get started with recipe:
⚡️ Ingredients:

Cauliflower | 1PC | |
Olive Oil | 2tbsp | |
Roasted Cumin Seeds | 1tsp | |
Oregano | 1tsp | |
Red Pepper | 1tsp | |
Salt | to taste | |
Garlic Powder | 1/2tsp |
Method:
Cut cauliflower into pieces and wash them properly then set aside for a while
Now add all mentioned spices with olive oil to the cauliflower bowl and marinate it well
Place all of the pieces on the butter paper lined baking tray
Put this tray on the pre-heated oven at 200C for 15 to 20 minutes at least
Serve hot by adding fresh coriander leaves and lemon
