It's good that you don't mess up with your sleeping time. It's how the body and mind recharge. These days, I usually go to bed as early as 9 pm.

it's true, well said by @ifarmgirl , it's a good thing that you (@rafzat) can still sleep because you can recharge. I've been sleeping little lately and I'm increasingly tired. I would like to work less, but it seems impossible
