Your life depends on your "Habits" whether it is bad habit or good. Your habits define your life that for me it called lazy. Recently I realised that I have to adopt some good habits that will improve my life. So I adopted 7 habits in my daily routine that are mentioned below.

1 Hour of Exercise in gym:
We do work daily to earn money and got stress and tension. Exercise is not only help to build your muscles but also reduce your stress and tension. So I do exercise daily at least for an hour. It helps me to be confident and increase my brain power.Drink 2 litres of water:
Having enough water is extremely beneficial for the body. Lack of water effects your brain function and thinking. So I drink at least 2 litres of water daily.8 hours of sleep:
Just like a computer that computers get hot after long term use, our body also slows with the passage of time. If we don't sleep in time we have to face stress. So Now I sleep At least 8 hours daily.Reading 10 pages of a book.
Reading books improve your knowledge and your mind power. It also helps to Excercise your Brian to read so that stuff helps your brain to be vigilant.So I read daily 10 pages of a book.Spending time with family:
Now a days we are so far from our belongings and family the major reason is mobile phone. I have realised that I have to give my time to family instead of mobile.Spend 1 hour with friends:
Sittings with your friends helps your mind to be fresh and take you far from your tentions and problems. So I spend at least 1 hour with my friends.Daily face 1 fear of my life:
I liked this habit very much as compare to above mentioned habits. I face my fears to be confident and to improve my life.
