Your Daily Routine defines you whether you are healthy person or not. It is very important aspect of our life. We waste a lot of time in just laying on our bed. A healthy and tough routine makes you disciplined Person and Grew you healthy Mentally and physically. So I'm going to explain My Daily Routine now a days.

I woke up early in the morning at 04:30 Am. Then I take shower and get prepared for offering prayer. Then I offer prayer.
A healthy morning Routine must include exercise. So after offering prayer I get ready for taking a smooth exercise. I run at least 45 minutes every morning.
Morning should start with meditation and a great cup of tea. So I do meditation and my mom gave me a cup of tea. Then I go to office that is compulsory whether I'm interested or not.
After that I do lunch and take nap of 1 hour that is compulsory for taking rest to take down my stress. To make your Brain vigilant you need to do book reading at least 10 pages a day. So I read a book for a while to improve my knowledge and also my brain power. It helps me to get strength in reading.
Gym exercise not only build your muscles but it also make you confident and relieves your stress, also make you sexier. That's why, In the evening I go to gym to get my proper regular exercise for physical and mental health.
After cool down of my body I get shower and spend at least on hour with my family because it's important than every thing. After that I do my dinner earlier at 9 Pm And prepare myself for tomorrow office work then I go to bed at 10:00 Pm
