ONTO THE NEXT CHALLENGE…

Mohammed Salah; a man of culture, great skills, sense of goal, experience and style. I wonder how a team like LIVERPOOL would have coped without him in all of our major competitions, i mean competitions like the UEFA champions league and the Premier league. Competitions like these requires a man like him, a man who is capable enough to make a fast and precise decision when he faced with the goalkeeper of their opponent, and from my years of observation, nobody has ever beaten Salah in that regard, he has converted many of those one on one chances to goals than he has ever lost...

What would have become of a team like Liverpool if there was no man like Mohammed Salah or men like Luiz Diaz, Diogo Jota, Darwin Nunez, Dominic Szoboszlai and my main man Cody Gakpo. Liverpool would have been a bare and dry team without these set of beautiful players, and also don’t let us forget those players at the defensive positions, including our great goalkeeper Alisson Becker

A big shoutout to these key defenders; Virgil Van Dijk and Ibrahima Konate, and also to a GOAT like Andrew Robertson…

A GREAT MATCH AGAINST LILE ON TUESDAY (UEFA champions league)…

The last couple of weeks has been so hectic, draining and extremely busy for me because of my new schedule and hobbies. I hardly have enough time for myself not to talk more of footballs, and because of my extremely choked up schedule I haven’t been able to do the things I love for quite some time now, unlike before when schooling and assignments weren’t in the picture…

Football is that one activity I don’t take for granted, it is a sport i love so much and derive joy from. I might not a good footballer in reality, but when it comes to predictions and some game formations/tatics, i think i am quite efficient in that aspect…

I haven’t been able to watch any football games since i came here, one reason is because of the inconsistency of the power supply in this particular geographical location and another reason is because of my extremely tight schedule, i wouldn’t be chanced even if i wanted to go watch it, and that’s because a lot of my plans could go wrong with those two hours spent on watching football. There is always time for everything, and doing the right thing at the wrong time could cost me greatly…

I made plans to watch the match against Lille 2 days ago since it was a champions league game. I had cleared out my schedule for that day because i wanted to see what Lille would be bringing to the table, another reason is to see the gameplay of my boys since the last couple of our games hasn’t been so good but then it’s been good enough to get us a draw and a win…

I didn’t know what happened or how it happened but then i ended up forgetting there was a match I planned on seeing that day. The funniest thing about this whole situation was that i didn’t even remember my team had a match against Lille the previous day, i had completely forgotten about it. I was going through X this evening when i suddenly came across Liverpool page. It was at this point i started getting flashbacks of how i planned to watch this game but eventually forgot about it because of the stress from school and lots more…

In summary, I couldn’t take the heartbreak and the disappointment of missing that game, so i decided to watch the game highlights. This way i will be up-to-date on my teams performance and their position on the UEFA champions league table…

In conclusion, I just finished watching the 2 minutes highlights on the YouTube app, and from what i saw in the highlights, I think we are up for something bigger and different next week. What an excellent performance from Salah and Harvey Elliot two days ago. An opening goal from Salah and a winning goal from Harvey was the best result needed. A great game with an excellent performance, even though we could have thrashed them more. I am happy we were able to secure the win…
