You don't freeze before release?! How do you ever get anything done, some clients always seem to want to keep adding and changing things ad nauseum and then get upset when their thing is never released/usable XD

They gonna cry no matter what. The only thing we can do is to keep them entertained. At the same time, we do the work and release the product.
