AI is a very comprehensive and advanced tool, but many people are using it to do their work for them.
That has a downside: it makes people lose their problem-solving skills and makes them a little less intelligent.
Every technological advance eliminates jobs, and humans, who are naturally resistant to change, tend to suffer from these changes.
It's not easy for some people to spend years studying only to find that their job is obsolete when they enter the workforce because a machine has replaced it, rendering them obsolete for the industry.
Older people may find it difficult to reinvent themselves and start from scratch. It always creates a somewhat tragic situation, but the world changes with every major advance, without warning, without waiting for anyone, and change is becoming increasingly rapid.

Totally agree with you. Hey is changing a lot of things around us and this is a huge problem in our but in the other handle that you helping a lot in many jobs. Technology changing and evolving but as a human we should learn about the technology and that will be okay to survive in my opinion.
Many office do upgrade to learn new technology and the thing is the old people don't are can't learn new things that easily so they must be having hard time but the new generation is very quick and they are ready for these kind of things maybe we are becoming less intelligence but now that creativity is very high in my opinion.
