Halo guys...
This is my first entry in this community. As a freelance reporter, sometimes there is a call for reporting a community club. In my country, Indian is one of large community which was active did several festival like Diwali, Holi, and this is my first time reporting the Makrand Festival. I think I should not to elaborate what it is the Makrand Festival because I am sure that you more know about that. The thing you should to know is about how was my feeling when I was there.
Held in Gandhi Memorial Intercontinental School ground, this festival started from 3 P.M. Luckily, the weather was bright. The participants who had registered started flying their kites. Luckily, the wind was also blowing hard so it was the best time to fly kites.
Apart from playing kites, there were several other traditional games. I was interested in this sack jumping competition. I used to see this competition on Indonesian Independence Day and now I saw the diaspora, especially adult men doing the sack race, it was very interesting.
While watching everyone playing a game, I strolled around the food tenant. In addition to covering, I also wanted to go to this festival because I wanted to try authentic masala tea. So when I saw one of the tenants selling it, I immediately queued up.

But unfortunately, this masala tea has a different taste from the masala tea I've tried before. But, that's okay. I might get that familiar Masala Tea taste next time.

This is one of the valuable experiences because I can be involved in a festival from another country's culture. When I decided to leave the festival, the sky was almost dark, and this is a beautiful city view.
Thanks in advance, to read my blog and hope you like my post!
See you on the next post...

Hi, Halo, Annyeong! Welcome to my galaxy.
I have so much imagination in my head. Something that I can't achieve as a human and as a girl. So writing is very challenging. Since Junior High School, I have written whatever I want to write. Without skill, I just write what I want to read. Now I have 12th published novels and all of those are romance.
Yeah, I proudly say that I am a passionate author, traveler wannabe, and blogger.
