dCity is a passive numbers game and is basically "pay to win" but there is a top 400 rewards pool that can be accessed for incredibly cheap right now due to low competition with an average of 35 active daily players who play the markets.

In hopes of deterring the same people from farming with multiple accounts I thought it would be neat to see real people compete for these low hanging fruits.

I have a dream where all the peoples of hive play dcity and compete on this leaderboard.
I am sharing several strategies to max out the rewards and make your time as a new player more effective towards those juicy gains.
The first strategy is called Citizen Farming which is achieved by meeting the Tax Refund threshold on the top 400 Income leaderboard.
Cities in the top 400 qualify for a daily Young Citizen claim in the dcity discord which can be sold for liquid SIM on the marketplace.
This will allow us to achieve ROI and then begin building our city.
The next strategy is offered as a path for reinvestment growth towards the Wind Farm combine which has 45 Tax Refund as a building which is preferable to Tax Refund that comes from Citizens who have a life cycle.
How to build a Longterm strategy towards Wind Farm?
It's simple.
Step 1. Buy into the Wind Farm combine starting with the Wind Turbine!
Step 2. Now you will need to activate your Wind Turbine with a few key citizens and 1 tech card which will help you climb your city up the top 400 income leaderboard.
Step 3. Wait 24 hours and verify that you have qualified then you can claim your FREE daily NFT 'Young Citizen' in discord .
What NFTs should you buy?
1x Economist
This city meets the 1 Tax Refund threshold for top 400 Income and has a population of 1 with 1 total NFTs and City value(asks) 1,850 SIM or .367 HIVE.
You will not be able to hold many Young Citizens (YC) without a larger city income, so it is advised to sell them on the market before you incur a negative income reversal after accumulating too many YC.
Building the above city will allow you to climb the leaderboard and better position yourself for growing if you reinvest weekly you can add an Economist, Eco Activist and Wind Turbine to your city.
You can either choose to sell for the market bid or demand your own ask price.
Daily citizen claims sold in the market can bring in 706 SIM or more!
Citizen claims take place in the dCITY discord bot-commands channel.
Thats .143 HIVE daily after buying & holding @dcitygame NFT assets one time, then claiming your daily citizen and then listing it on the market.
.367 HIVE / .143 HIVE = 2.56 days to ROI
You can easily ROI 100% within 3 days using the bid price to sell YC or faster with some strategic Asks.
