We had a transformer installed for 3 phase power to one of our tenants. I noticed a separate grounding rod for it. I’m going to have it tested to find out if it is bonded with the building ground. It’s important that all circuits in a building share one single ground. Having multiple grounding can lead to voltage differential, which could cause problems.
Is it bonded?
