I've got a guess what's going on with the Boy Emperor, but I'll keep quiet for now. Don't want to spoil the surprise for others if I'm right, and don't want to look like a muppet if I'm wrong !

I'm with you on the theorising - my players have learned the hard way that sometimes if they try to predict what twisted surprises are around the next corner, or guess what's coming next I'll happily re-arrange things so they were right if what they came up with is better than my original idea 😀

As far as we know, @marydm sticks to what he's originally planned and won't change anything if we accidentally guess the twist. But if our characters guess the twist in front of some secret baddie... well, the bad guys now know that we know. And they WILL adapt!
