Building silence
with tranquillity and calm,
opening the heart
under the waves in the blue of oblivion.
Releasing the memories of the past
and the worries of the future.
Detached from noises and voices
Still in a simple present
pure and stripped
alone, with myself,
free in music
in dreams and in the street.
Feeling less,
changing the direction of the gaze,
spilling new stories
in a sigh that escapes from the prison of the soul,
brushing against the words
of an I love you.
