Huh!
A total surprise ππ
I love magic. To this day. I can imagine this made into a film aka Harry Potter style
It'll probably terrify some Christians who still believe in a God of fear, judgment and reprisal though π€
Because magic π
This still totally confuses me... honestly
Bizarre fear driven "rules" created to control the masses and a travesty of an incredible spiritual leader's (Jesus) teachings
More created by politicians for financial gain than anything to do with any kind of spirituality if you look at the history of Christianity and paganism in England
Did you know churches originally had alters for both spiritual practices? But then tithing and witches and burnings to ...
Well. Follow the money. When people get involved. Always follow the money π
Remarkable man! Jesus. I would like to have tea with him and just listen to him speak! Imagine??? π₯
And I'd also like to have tea with Mrs Upton for sure!! I bet she has some stories... π₯
Tea with Jesus. Yes. That would be something. Just to listen. I love to do that. Just listen to the words of philosophy that speak deep inside your soul.
I imagine he'd want to hear more from you though. To draw you out. To bring to you a new sense of your own magic. It reminds me of my favourite George Herbert poem, Love.
And Mrs Upton, my old neighbour, who let me sit with her on afternoons when I'd forgotten my key. She was an incredible lady. π
π
Oh

Mrs Upton
How marvelous a tribute to her. β€οΈ
I know the poem well...
I have it earmarked in my Norton's Anthology from 1st year
Still!
I do love the classics
π
Thank you β€οΈ
