Yeah, although there is sadness, I actually enjoyed writing this first part. I have the story outlined in my head... and I wanted to try to do it justice... hence a mini-serial fiction rather than a single post, as I am still writing it! It probably seems a bit disconnected at the moment but I will be pulling it all together πŸ˜‰... and it will hopefully achieve some balance... hope and despair.
