Church service on Sunday wasn't complete with Pastor Simon's sermons which grasped the attention of everyone including the babies.
His voice was as loud as the megaphone and I often wonder why he uses the microphone since we could all hear him without it.
Pastor Simon was tall. The tallest in the congregation. He was slender and had a very long neck. His eyes were grey and small. His large Adam apple bulges out when he preaches on the pulpit.
He was light-skinned with dark full hair. He wore only grey suits to church and his shoes were only brown.
His Bible was as big as a briefcase. His son, Junior brought it to church by carrying it under his armpit.
He was loved by everyone most especially the children.
They flocked around him when church closes and he gives every one of them a big hug before leaving the church.
