Depression is a circumstances of everyone on earth must have been into,
firstly let me tell you a little story about my self; I use to be a very shy person who never love to talk much on crowd maybe scared of making little errors that is because my peers will use my misfortune to make fun of me, of course they will I never realized it's a very normal phenomenon that's pron by nature
so that makes me feel uncomfortable amidst my peers and depart from their presence
due to the depressional state of mind
I never new it's gonna keep developing with time, I never feel the true vibe of joy within my soul maybe thinking I will get it from peers not until I realized no one own your peace and happiness apart from you. 🤔
come to think of it what is the cause of all this the impression was that I felt some people are responsible for my peace but that's a big fat lie people can laugh with you at the same time hurt you, they also have their state of loneliness but what's my point you never allow anything on this Earth to break your soul, you can cry out your pains but don't be dressed it affects your mental health irrespective of weather you lost someone very close to you or you lost hope In life, you have no means of finance (broke) all this are normal it's left for you to know how to rise whenever you fall.

Depression makes you think awkward you mistake people for enemies most often

1 take a walk round your street observe
then all you need is a way forward not a
way back
2 watch funny videos
3 check out on funny friend's
4 think less solve more
5 your happiness is with no one 🙄
