Hello again home edders community I am back to share another home schooling journey with my lil princess.
As what I've shared before that my baby loves to draw anything that comes to her mind, seen on the tv and environment and many more. I also started to teach her how to write properly eventhough she is not yet enrolled in school because of her age bracket, they only accept kids that will turn 4years old this coming October and she was in December, so she will be studying next year.
Since she loves holding pencil and notebooks, I also started teaching her the proper way of writing big and small letter A, at first she is struggling with small letter a, but as I guide her the first day, she can do it properly now.
So every morning our routine is when we wake up, I let her do anything she wants like playing, drawing and coloring, but after I took her to shower, we have scheduled already.
After her shower and dressed her, she needs to write 5 big and small letter Aa and after that she can watch her favorite cartoons and observing her with that set up, I think she loves it coz she is now asking me that she will write 5letters and watch tv after and that is for this week activity and maybe next week we'll proceed with big and small letter Bb and so on and so forth.
As days passed by and writing big and small letter A is not a struggle for her anymore, she can write it properly without me on her side.
And about her drawing, lately she loves to draw flowers from the garden and the drawing on top are decorations as what she told me.
Sometime she and her tatay(father) bonding time is drawing, she ask her tatay to draw for her and she will correct her tatay if it did not meet her criteria that's how smart she is, she even laughed at her tatays drawing.
Having a toddler as smart as her sometimes test my patience, coz she doesn't want to be corrected, but if I let her do what she wants she will cry and wants me to teach her, oh my gee!
But over all, I know she will grow up smart coz it's what I see in her, coz even the way she learn English words are extra amazing, coz she learned it from her own by watching tv and we never teach her but look at her now, she prefer to speak English and communicate with us thru english words rather than our native language which is Tagalog.

Kids like to do whatever they wish and at the same time, they don't want you to leave them..it could be funny and annoying at the same time.
I like your method of teaching. She's learning different things at the same time. Trust that before she starts school, she'll be conversant with her alphabets.
