Fun journal here! One thing I've been curious about, what do you mean by "ital" health? I was always curious to that, I thought it meant Italian but I think I am probably wrong on that!
Congrats on your parents finally getting married! That's wonderful news for sure. Even if only 7 people can attend, what we found out with my wife and I's wedding is it's not the number of people that are there that counts. If you have a small group, it's most likely the most important people in your lives and that's what matters most!

Ital means vegan food or food that are good for your body. It's also means Rasta food. Before we had a restaurant called Ital. My parents made vegan food. Thank you so much for enjoy my post.
