Hello my dear friends Hivers and from @homeedders nice to greet you. We know perfectly well that children like balloons, ¿right? Well, thinking that teaching my girls again and sharing with you a wonderful community and added to the fact that they sent me some decoration balloons from the church where I attend, which had already fulfilled their decorative function, I took the opportunity so that These were elements for learning to impart to my little ones in various ways that I present to you today.

Hola mis estimados amigos Hivers y de @homeedders gusto saludarles. Sabemos perfectamente que a los niños les gustan los globos ¿verdad? Pues, pensando que enseñar de nuevo a mis nenas y compartir con ustedes maravillosa comunidad y sumado al hecho que me hicieron llegar unos globos de una decoración de la iglesia donde asisto, los cuales, ya habían cumplido su función decorativa, aproveche la oportunidad para que estos fuesen elementos para el aprendizaje a impartir a mis pequeñas en varias maneras que hoy les presento.

As parents we must be creative and take advantage of what is within our reach to teach Nothing to waste! everything contains in itself something to educate our children and that brings very good benefits to a variety of areas of their life and/or body. Below I present each proposal so that you can take advantage of them at home with your little ones.

Como padres debemos ser creativos y aprovechar lo que esta a nuestro alcance para enseñar ¡Nada desperdiciar! todo encierra en sí algo para educar a nuestros hijos y que traiga muy buenos beneficios para diversidad de áreas de su vida y/o cuerpo. A continuación te presento cada propuesta para que en casa las aproveches con tus pequeños.

1- Letters, colors and emotions / 1- Letras, colores y emociones

Take the balloons and place the initial of their color with a marker on one side; then on the other draw an expression or emotion.

Toma los globos y coloca la inicial de su color con marcador por un lado; luego por el otro dibuja una expresión o emoción.

The activity consists in that he must recognize the letter or you must show it to him if he does not know it, say the color of the balloon and with his face make the expression, the facial gesture of that emotion.

La actividad consiste en que debe reconocer la letra o debes enseñársela sino la sabe, decir el color del globo y con su rostro hacer la expresión, el gesto facial de esa emoción.

Nota: Puedes además dibujar animalitos y que los niños/a hagan los sonidos de este, así como su imitación.

2- Volleyball game / 2- Juego de Voleivol

3- Exercising with the balloon/ 3- Ejercitándonos con el globito

Give each child a balloon and indicate the stretching exercise movements to be performed. Instruct them to take the globe with both hands and lift them up, then bring it forward, to the right, then to the left (side to side), down, one hand up, then the other.

Entrega un globo a cada pequeño e indica los movimientos de ejercicio de estiramiento a realizar. Indica que tomen el globo con ambas manos y las levanten, luego lo lleven al frente, hacia la derecha y luego a la izquierda (de un lado al otro), hacia abajo, con una mano hacia arriba, luego con la otra.

Also, we can tell them to sit, stretch one leg and the other is on the balloon, taking care not to put too much pressure so that it does not explode.

Benefits of the activities:

We teach letters, colors and pronunciation.

Exercising with balloons allows you to work your muscles, with stretching, recognize sides up-down, on one side and the other, with two hands or just one.

Be attentive and listen to your instructions in each game.
Drain stress and fatigue. Since they are entertained and active.
Playing helps them share, be empathic, learn to relate to others.
We provide a pleasant space for them, guaranteeing physical and emotional health.

Beneficios de las actividades:

Enseñamos letras, colores y pronunciación.
Trabajamos la inteligencia emocional a reconocer cada una de ellas.
Estimulamos la expresión facial realizando cada motivación.

Jugando a Voleivol estamos realizando un calentamiento en su cuerpo, agilidad y trabajamos sus reflejos.
Ejercitarse con globos permite trabajar sus músculos, con estiramientos, reconocer lados arriba-abajo, de un lado y del otro, con dos manos o solo con una.
Tener control de la fuerza en sus manos para no explotar sus globos.
Estar atentos y escuchar tus instrucciones en cada juego.
Drenan estrés y cansancio. Puesto que están entretenidos y activos.
Jugar les ayuda a compartir, ser empáticos, aprender a relacionarse con otros.
Proporcionamos para ellos un espacio ameno garantizando la salud física y la emocional.

In all of them we activate our children from home education, entertainment and learning in a simple but beneficial way, very playful and dynamic at the moment. They had fun and so did I watching them play and see how my three-year-old little girl already recognizes letters, colors, emotions and that she is a very expressive girl who feels sorry for very few things. So, it was very fun for her to make faces on her face and laugh with her little sister about these.

En todas activamos en nuestros hijos desde la educación en casa, el entretenimiento y aprendizaje de manera sencilla pero beneficiosa, muy lúdico y dinámico el momento. Ellas se divirtieron y yo también de observarlas jugar y ver como mi pequeña de tan solo tres años ya reconoce letras, colores, emociones y que es una niña muy expresiva que muy pocas cosas le dan pena. Así que, para ella fue muy divertido hacer muecas en su rostro y reírse junto a su hermanita de estas.
