Hello @annymharie . Welcome to this community @homeeders. I just looked at your child's drawings and I think for her age ( 3 years) she is indeed a smart child. I think you should encourage her to draw more, who knows she must just be one very big artist one day. Concerning her writing, it's not always easy for a child to learn to write. They find drawing and painting more interesting. Writing is something that needs concentration takes energy because you're required to force your brain to concentrate and follow a set pattern of strokes where as drawing can be free style and hence requires less brain work.
You can start by teaching her to draw lines eg. strokes and dashes. Then you move to slanted lines, then curves..
Do it in a fun an exciting way, allow them to make mistakes, allow them to enjoy it.
Remember kids can only learn for few minutes at a time. Don't overstretch them.
