Over the weekend, has so many activities which I will tell you about.
Firstly, I had for a home lesson session with my children, they are writing their last test paper today. We did through reading and revising, we had time for a short break where we snap some photos and sang some rhymes.
Something happened sometime ago. During our learning session, I mistakenly threw a small phone which the children told me it was spoilt.(It wasn't out of anger) I didn't know this children can be observant, they told their parents that I spoiled the phone and the mother had to call me week and told me about the it, she even went further to tell me some things the children have said concerning me(although not bad)
It made me realized that children are very observant, whatever you do in front of a child, he or she will copy that attitude because they quickly respond to body language and facial expression.
As a teacher, I have learnt to be mindful of the things I do in front of the children, I am very mindful of my character display and they way I treat them. I put them first and make sure I always leave them smiling and happy after the class.
So this is what I learnt over the weekend.
Does your children report certain things and display some attitude for you. If so, do you bother to find out where they take it from?
