The more money the state gives to adoptive parents for orphanages, the more stories about parenthood bussiness appear.

Kids have become an easy way to earn money and don't worry about future.
Adoptive parents get good money for each kid they take from an orphanage.
The sum starts from 80,000 rubles = about 1,000$ for 1 kid!!!
if you take 2,3.....isn't it good money for life?
Especially if you aren't going to BE parents for them, you just let them stay nearby, in yout house, even if it looks like a garbage place.

The prosecutor's office and the Investigative Committee are investigating an adoptive family from the Moscow region.
According to neighbors, they noticed that the children were dressed inappropriately in cold weather, they did nothing all day long, they were alone all the time, and their life conditions were awful.
One day neighbours saw the adopted girl sitting in a cage on the family's property!!
After this, the neighbors contacted the CPS.
However, no visible changes in the children's condition occurred...
After that, the family quickly moved to another village in the same area.
The case was transferred to the territorial department for guardianship and trusteeship and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

The family was given a warning and put on record.

CPS denied to give any comment about the situation.
How many cases we know when NATIVE parents lose kids in similar stories.
This family still have adoptive kids. And money for them!
