VISIT TO THE ART GALLERY WITH MY SON (part 2)

Guys, now we're going to the 2nd part of our Artwalk which includes a fantastic exhibition of Roerich's pictures.

Nikolay Konstantinovich Roerich was a Russian artist, stage designer, thinker, writer, traveler, archaeologist, and public figure. Academician of the Imperial Academy of Arts.
In his works, Roerich created in a symbiosis of realism and symbolism, focusing on color. His works were noted by many critics; nine monographs and several dozen art magazines dedicated to Roerich’s work were published in Russia and Europe.

The main goal of his teaching - Agni Yoga - is considered to be the desire for the development of humanity, its achievement of a certain internal renewal, and comprehension of the energy of Agni. The teaching offers a path, rules of life for all who wish to achieve this goal. According to his theory, the Universe has neither an end nor a limit.

The teaching of Agni Yoga presupposes belief in reincarnation.
Man is considered to be a product of long-term evolutionary development through many reincarnations in different personalities over millions of years. The layers of this huge amount of unconscious information form a “sleeping wisdom” in the depths of the human spirit.

Now - to the pictures!
I was standing near every picture for a long time and couldn't stop starring and enjoying. There is so much sense in them, so much depth and so much wisdom.
And yeah - their energy is huge!
Despite it's only copies.

My son couldn't get the whole sense of them because he is too young for it, but he liked pictures with dragons who are won by brave bogatyrs (fighters).

I was touched by this exhibition and the depth of the author.

Have you heard about this artist?
