The official account of the Cardano Foundation on the X platform was hacked, where the hackers published false information, including a claim to launch a fraudulent digital token on the Solana network and a false statement about an alleged lawsuit from the SEC against the foundation.
These claims caused concern within the Cardano community, and affected the ADA market, which fell by 4% to $ 1.18.
It is advisable to avoid suspicious links, as fraud attempts targeting the Cardano ecosystem continue.
News like this is intended to inform and at the same time raise awareness and not follow everything published because, in many cases, large accounts are targeted and fraudulent currencies are promoted for the purpose of theft.
