$17k of volume today on the Hive/Steem pair on Steem-Engine

I know folks are waiting on Hive-Engine. We're working on it as fast as we can. Back end is up and running. We're working on getting the front end up, which will take a few more servers. Still a chance for march. Might be May, and if shit goes south it may be June.

Anyway, for those looking to trade steem/Hive as a pair ionomy and blocktrades work. So does Steem-Engine. (Steem has been fairly unstable since the Hive hardfork so you may have to refresh a couple of times to login to Steem-Engine).

It also looks like a decent deal on Hive to me. As the pair on Bittrex (which is still not accepting deposits/withdrawals) is 2546 Sats/Steem and 4600 Sats/Hive. Which is a ratio of about 1.8 Steem / Hive.

Ionomy which is accepting deposits and withdrawals is showing 2334 sats/steem and 4240 sats/Hive which is 1.82 Steem/Hive.

There's just shy of 20k Hive under 1.8 Steem/Hive. So, if you think that's a good chance to pick some up then there's a market for it. If you're looking to catch some lower bids the steem side could use some buyers as people are using Steem-Engine to dump hive. So, consider placing some offers to buy Hive over there.

Instructions

To deposit steem just use the deposit button on steem-engine.

To deposit Hive send Hive on the Hive blockchain to @steem-tokens and use the memo HIVEP username. If I wanted to send some to myself I would send Hive to @steem-tokens using hive keychain and write the memo HIVEP aggroed.

To withdraw Hive back to hive just click withdraw.

To withdraw Steemp back to Steem just click withdraw.

There is a 1% fee on deposits or withdrawals, but that can be made up by fishing for low buys and high sells.

So far it's a good start

Seems like a good day of trading there, so please keep steem-engine in mind as you're looking to convert between steem and hive.

Except it seems you crashed it with this post! doh

Wow! Great news and that's a lot of volume!

Nice @aggroed. Great to see you here on Hive.

Thanks for keeping us updated! For me, this is a very convenient way to translate STEEM to HIVE!

That's cool! This makes it so easy. Thanks!!

Thanks for the update!💪👍💯 And resteemed

Lol I think the blocktrades premium on the trade has got more people looking to get in on the cheap, Go steemhive engine, prices are pumping over 0.30 cents lol and the power downs continue, I wonder where it will settle it

I didn't realize I could buy Hive on Steem-Engine.
Given that I don't wanna use Binance because they're either dumbshits or dicks, and Bittrex locked their wallet, that's a good option.

So, to confirm, if I buy Hive on Steem-Engine, to send it to my Hive name, on Steem-Engine I send hive to @steem-tokens with the Hive name in the memo? The wording was a bit confusing.

To withdraw Hive back to hive just click withdraw.

Awesome! Thank you! Tested it, then sent the Hive I bought from my steem account to here! NICE!

i hope it will go with more easy steps

i am very excited to see hive-engine. And glad to see this volume. ☻

I can't enter to Steem-Engine since yesterday. ;(

Glad to see the improvements. We are in this forever!
