Good morning friends, hopefully everyone is in good health and getting happiness at the beginning of this blessed day.

Every region in this world, even Indonesia itself has its own special food from regional representatives, dishes that are famous for the distinctive and delicious aroma of spices.

On this occasion I will share some photography and a little story about one of the typical foods from the island of Sumatra, namely Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Aceh.

This fried noodle is usually referred to as Mie Aceh, because it comes from Aceh and only Acehnese can mix this Aceh noodle seasoning. some people say it is also called yellow noodles or flour noodles.

according to what we hear, there is no specific story that explains how this noodle can be made, but, according to some sources, Mie Aceh is a combination of several cultures from abroad such as India.

And if we examine in more detail, the thick taste of the curry sauce is a hallmark of Indian cuisine, while the noodles themselves are made from a Chinese manufacturing system. Meanwhile, the addition of beef and goat shows a very strong Islamic element in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.
