It looks like my posts newer than February-ish did not make it here from Steemit. Unless it is a terrible idea, I think I'll copy my posts over so that the hive and steemit match.
Is this a good idea to do?

Hi Alan, welcome to Hive! Hive split off from Steem on the 20th of March, so it makes sense that your Steem posts after that date don't appear here.
Copying those posts would be fine, especially since it's a handful of posts about timeless topics. Edit: your posts might be labeled as plagiarism by @cheetah, though. Which wouldn't hurt you directly, unless @steemcleaners start downvoting. I'm sure they'll listen to your explanation.
Since this a new start, both for you and the blockchain, you could also introduce yourself again using the #introduceyourself tag.
Hi, Steemcleaners on Hive do not exist.
Recycling previous posts from Steemit before Hive hardfork (which also make part of Hive blockchain, btw) is considered exploitation by Hivewatchers and such spam-farming may put an account on spaminator.
Thanks @hivewatcher.
How do I know if my post is before the Hive hardfork?
Thanks for the info @edb.
