We can't be sure that the account is really managed by RT. It could be someone else.
But looks like it is RT related and looks like part of Putins preparations for the invasion was to limit crypto activity. Putin saw crypto as a threat to his control over the trapped Russian economy.

They stopped to post 4 days before the invasion, this should indicate that whoever was using this account knew what would happen after. The sanctions in the UE have been this week, so thinking it slowly this indicates that was in fact RT's official account.
Ironically it's the opposite thing and crypto should allow Russia to avoid most of the economical sanctions. Obviously nothing can replace the amount of companies leaving Russia though.
